Phil Ade Services also offers a video tape, DVD, 8mm cine film and analogue audio media to USB sticks service to preserve your precious video and audio memories onto USB sticks as MP4 files, which are compatible with your Smart TV, Smart Phone, Tablet and Media Player.

Video media includes:-

PAL and NTSC: VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C and S-VHSC video tapes.

PAL only: Video 8, Hi8, Digital 8, Mini DV and Betamax video tapes.

Disc formats (PAL only) also include DVD Video, Mini DVD Video and Video CD.

Single 8 and Super 8 cine film with sound.

Audio media includes:-

Compact Cassettes.

Microcassettes.

1/4 inch open reel audio tapes (quarter and half track, mono and Hifi Stereo)

Minidics.

Vinyl Records.

Audio: MP3 Stereo 320 kbps, 16 bit or 24 bit Stereo PCM (WAV, FLAC), AIFF, M4a and more.

Supported 1/4 inch open reel audio tapes:-

Quarter track: Up to 7 inch spools - (1  7/8 IPS, 3  3/4, IPS, 7  1/2 IPS) - Mono and Hifi Stereo

Half track: Up to 10 1/2 inch NAB spools - (3  3/4 IPS and 7  1/2 IPS) - Mono and Hifi Stereo

Tapes faster than 7  1/2 IPS will be speed up post production (on-site) to the correct speed (eg. 15 IPS and 30 IPS tapes)

* Sound is an optional extra.  Prices start from £10 depending on the size of the spools.

NOTE: Digitisation of Super 8 cine film with sound may not be possible if the film is damaged, stiff, contains broken sproket holes and/or is badly spliced.
